Pawn stores are also great places to sell almost anything from household items to electronics to gift cards, but may not be the best source of $ because they are in it to resell the items for a profit... instead why not consider selling your item directly to a customer on craigslist.
Craigslist is a website that people make listings based on the category of the item they are trying to sell. fields include Title, Price, Location, Description, and Photos. you pretty much tell it how it is on craigslist, you can tell people to call your phone number and meet you at your house, or go arrange to go to there house/public spot. Being in control of your sale/purchase is the main important thing to ensure a succesful sale. Never meet in a location that you do not feel safe going to and do not accept any other payment beside cash on craigslist
